We looked at a LOT of houses, after each house we discussed what we liked and didn’t like. That helped Carma get a better understanding of what we really wanted in a house. She monitored all new listings and invited to see the ones she felt most met our needs and she helped us find the perfect house! Since we were looking at water front houses on Buckeye Lake, after showing us houses, she would take us out on the lake in her boat so we could see them from the water too. It was a good house in a beautiful neighborhood and had been well maintained. She priced it fairly, and it went for well above the asking price. I think much of her success was due to her skill in presenting the house and her businesslike, genial manner. I had a lot of belongings to move or dispose of and felt pressured to get them cleared out to meet the deadline for showing the house. It was hard but Carma worked with us to have everything done rigjht. She had high standards and it paid off for us.
