I tried to sale our family house at Buckeye Lake unsuccessfully for 4-5 months. I had many lookers but no takers. Carma happened to be one of those lookers. She gave me a few tips and even provided us with a lock box to keep a key in. Carma kept in contact with me and offered her help.
